Is water pooling in parts of your yard? This is a common issue caused by poor grading/slope.The pools of water will attract bugs like mosquitos that will take over. We can address and re-grade to correct this. In more severe cases we have also installed french drains, channel drains, and dry wells to assist with keeping the lawn dry.

Pennington, Lawrenceville and Hopewell are well known for their heavy clay soil, and we can help with the wet areas!
